Tommy Urhaug, Norway (1980)

Tommy represented Norway five times at Paralypic Summer Games as a table tennis player. His handicap never stopped him from being active and doing sports. At the age of 15 he discovered his talent for table tennis and five years later he took part in his first Paralympic Games at Sydney. After turning fith in Sydney and again four years later in Athens, he won a Bronze Medal during the Paralympics at Beijing (2008) and Gold during the games at London (2012). In Rio (2016) he turned fourth. He won four times Gold during World Championships and seven times Gold during European Championsships and was awarded Norway’s handicaped sportsman of the year several times. Wheelchair: K-Series
